If you are more interested in trying to help yourself, you can
access help right from the comfort of your own home. Run a
search on the internet using your home computer. You will be
given an abundance of web links to choose from taking you to one
of many varying websites that offer help to people who need it
prior to attending a job interview.
Another helpful thing you can do for yourself when you feel you
need some help, is to gather a friend round and stage a 'mock'
interview. Get your friend to be the interviewee and you be the
person applying for the job (just as the case would be for real) and
do what is called a practice run of an interview. This will help you
to gain confidence, both in your speech and clarity and in what you
actually have to say.
As you can see, there are a few ways of obtaining help when you
are unsure of your capabilities prior to attending an impending job
interview. I suggest you try gaining some help before an up and
coming interview using all of the methods above. You can never
be too ready for a job interview that may get you in the work force.
