Experienced Engineers to provide technical support for customers needing assistance with their Dell / HP enterprise server or storage solutions.
Dell/EMC/HP Storage Area Networks (SAN), Dell PowerVault Tape Backup Libraries, and Dell / HP Network Attached Storage (NAS).
ƒ{Solid understanding of Servers, Storage, RAID technology, and Backup Products and methodologies.
ƒ{Hands on experience in WINDOWS, UNIX / LINUX operating environments.
ƒ{Strong knowledge and experience in supporting DELL, EMC, HP or IBM Servers & Storage products.
ƒ{Knowledge and experience in other Backup software¡¦s & storage products from Veritas,
ƒ{Brightstor, Legato Networker etc
ƒ{Should have implemented clustering and Server replication solutions
ƒ{Technical expertise and relationship management skills to support clients with resource
ƒ{Management for Servers & Data storage in a high availability 24x7 environment
ƒ{Knowledge of Virtualization would be preferred
ƒ{Experience in creating Virtual environment using VMware

5-7 years experience in implementing SAN, NAS, DAS, Virtualisation Solutions.

RedHat Linux (RHCE)
